Содержание и подача такого письма не только говорят об образовании и культуре его составителя, но и формируют имидж, репутацию предприятия в бизнес-среде.

По каким поводам происходит деловая переписка

В каждую активно работающую компанию регулярно приходят письма с различными предложениями. Это может быть предложение о сотрудничестве (коммерческое), об участии в каком-либо мероприятии (конференции, семинаре, праздновании) и т.д. Также в обращении между организациями распространены письма-запросы, претензии, напоминания и т.д. Составляя письмо-отказ, его автору необходимо позаботиться о корректности формулировок. Ведь в дальнейшем не исключена возможность, что сотрудничество с данной организацией все же окажется выгодным. Также нарушение правил хорошего тона может сказаться на деловой репутации компании, отказавшей другой недолжным образом. С целью сделать письмо как можно более вежливым следует соблюсти ряд рекомендаций.

Прежде всего, следует быть адресовать документ персональным образом. К примеру, начав его с фразы «Здравствуйте, уважаемый Петр Николаевич» или «Уважаемая Ольга Андреевна».  Далее указывается основной факт (невозможность осуществить поставку товара). Непосредственно сразу после его упоминания необходимо его мотивировать.
